These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at saaimedicals.com and any orders you place with Northline Medical Provisions. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Northline Medical Provisions is a medical supply distributor located at 3185 Shingleton Road, White Pigeon, MI 49099, owned and operated by Norma Collier.
2. Not medical advice
Information on this website is provided for general product-information purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Always follow the directions provided by the product manufacturer and your clinical protocols.
3. Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Northline Medical Provisions. A written or emailed quote is not a binding contract until we confirm the order in writing and reserve inventory. We may decline any order at our discretion, including for products restricted to licensed healthcare providers.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment terms appear on your invoice. Late invoices accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Michigan law, whichever is less.
5. Shipping, risk of loss, and returns
Shipping terms, delivery windows, and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin) unless a different Incoterm is agreed in writing.
6. Product warranties
Products we distribute are covered by the warranties (if any) offered by their manufacturers. We pass those warranties through to you. Northline Medical Provisions makes no additional express warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
Except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its layout, copy, imagery, and the Northline Medical Provisions name and logo are the property of Northline Medical Provisions and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute site content without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Michigan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
